Responsibilities:

  • Check house count from the previous night.
  • Prepare room attendant assignment.
  • Run vacant/dirty rooms and discrepancy reports.
  • Communicate with Front Desk for the No Show Rooms.
  • Run arrival report and departure report for the current day
  • Run VIP arrival report for the current day.
  • All arrival report should be reviewed and all housekeeping requests should be highlighted and presented to supervisors for completion.
  • Review the schedules for the next day and compare it to the next day forecasted occupancy.
  • File the department paper work in the proper areas.
  • Completing all absent and late documentation for the department.
  • Assist all department / hotel associates with all questions and inquires.
  • Dispatching Housekeeping, and Engineering requests.
  • Running vacant/dirty report every hour and inform the housemen to strip the rooms.
  • Inform the supervisors all the blocked rooms.
