They manage a spa’s finances, employees and services.

Ensures that all users have signed the hotel disclaimer forms and that these forms are maintained and available for checking at all times.

To demonstrate and guide guests in use of any facility or equipment when needed.
To prepare fitness programs / diet or other plans for users when needed.
To liase with the hotel Doctor on any suspect user cases which may require preventative or reactive medical advice.
Ensure that hotel guest users and members are treated equally at all times.
To plan and recommend price and membership increases each year, based on market conditions, with the objective to increase average membership price.
Work with the Sales department to maximize memberships from cross referencing hotel users and loyalty programs with membership details
