Job Description

  • Lead projects through the design life cycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation.
  • Create engaging training opportunities and instructional resources for Sekisui employees.
  • Prepare, organize, and execute logistics for training & projects of an instructional nature
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization to gather content for instructional design
  • Administrator of the learning management system
  • Interface with business leaders and the HR Business Partners to identify the business needs and consequently the learning needs for the India BUs
  • Carry out learning needs analyses in association with line managers and leaders to determine learning requirements and possible solutions
  • Interface with business leaders and the SBU Learning Lead to design and develop appropriate learning solutions
  • Plan and release monthly training calendar to be published to the members.
  • Design, and develop innovative and effective learning solutions with relevant and innovative instructional methodologies
  • Consult with business leaders to diagnose performance problems and come up with solutions to address them
  • Facilitate behavioral skills training programs
  • Forecast and manage the learning & development budget for the year while also assessing the return on investment
  • Identify and continuously track key metrics of performance of various training and performance consulting interventions and to ensure overall effectiveness of the initiatives
  • Engage with training partners / vendors and continuously assess them for effectiveness
  • Formulate strategies, which include creating and implementing infrastructure and systems, to meet development goals
