Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization to gather content for instructional design

Interface with business leaders and the HR Business Partners to identify the business needs and consequently the learning needs for the India BUs
Carry out learning needs analyses in association with line managers and leaders to determine learning requirements and possible solutions
Interface with business leaders and the SBU Learning Lead to design and develop appropriate learning solutions
Plan and release monthly training calendar to be published to the members.
Design, and develop innovative and effective learning solutions with relevant and innovative instructional methodologies
Consult with business leaders to diagnose performance problems and come up with solutions to address them
Facilitate behavioral skills training programs
Forecast and manage the learning & development budget for the year while also assessing the return on investment
Identify and continuously track key metrics of performance of various training and performance consulting interventions and to ensure overall effectiveness of the initiatives
Engage with training partners / vendors and continuously assess them for effectiveness
Formulate strategies, which include creating and implementing infrastructure and systems, to meet development goals
