Job Description

  • Developing and implementing training programs for employees.
  • Plan,and,schedule,training on regular basis.
  • Prepare and maintain training course materials and policies.
  • Develop training programs for skill enhancement, performance improvement, career development, etc.
  • Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times.
  • Employee/meeting,&engagement activities.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify relevant training needs.
  • Establish training programs to suit the current organisational needs.
  • Reinforce learning & developmental initiatives in the unit through supporting individual & team development, career development, training & experience-based learning.
  • Induct, coach and mentor new Joiners.
  • Business planning, Controlling Food cost by managing daily inventory and Cabinet management
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment restaurant during shift
  • Evaluate strengths and challenges job responsibilities and leadership behaviors Providing consistent feedback, coaching and Counseling.
  • Observing and analyzing the activities in shift
  • Ensure that all training tools and manuals are updated and made available to the Field Training teams for execution of Team Member and Management training. Execution & track annual training calendar within the field.
