Ensure that training material and information are updated and available at all times.

Establish training programs to suit the current organisational needs.
Reinforce learning & developmental initiatives in the unit through supporting individual & team development, career development, training & experience-based learning.
Induct, coach and mentor new Joiners.
Business planning, Controlling Food cost by managing daily inventory and Cabinet management
Maintaining a safe and secure environment restaurant during shift
Evaluate strengths and challenges job responsibilities and leadership behaviors Providing consistent feedback, coaching and Counseling.
Observing and analyzing the activities in shift
Ensure that all training tools and manuals are updated and made available to the Field Training teams for execution of Team Member and Management training. Execution & track annual training calendar within the field.
