Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests on arrival and conduct check-in and registration procedures.
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of all registered guests’ information
  • Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests.
  • Demonstrate cooperation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments to deliver positive results.
  • To become totally familiar with room types, layouts, amenities, rate structures, outlets facilities, and services offered in the hotel.
  • Respond promptly and tactfully to guest’s complaints, requests and comments. Initiate appropriate action and follow through to resolution.
  • Arrange transportation for guests and hotel staff.
  • Handle foreign exchange.
  • Handle all check-outs efficiently and professionally with minimum delays.
  • Keep informed of all ongoing functions/events/promotions in the hotel and introduce them to guests.
  • Report group and VIP information to Supervisor and concerned departments.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all guests in order to meet their needs.
  • Provide courteous and friendly service to guests including: information on hotel facilities, restaurants, transportation, sightseeing and other local information to ensure that guest’s individual needs are met.
