Greet guests on arrival and conduct check-in and registration procedures.
Be responsible for the accuracy of all registered guests’ information
Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests.
Demonstrate cooperation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments to deliver positive results.
To become totally familiar with room types, layouts, amenities, rate structures, outlets facilities, and services offered in the hotel.
Respond promptly and tactfully to guest’s complaints, requests and comments. Initiate appropriate action and follow through to resolution.
Arrange transportation for guests and hotel staff.
Handle foreign exchange.
Handle all check-outs efficiently and professionally with minimum delays.
Keep informed of all ongoing functions/events/promotions in the hotel and introduce them to guests.
Report group and VIP information to Supervisor and concerned departments.
Build and maintain positive relationships with all guests in order to meet their needs.
Provide courteous and friendly service to guests including: information on hotel facilities, restaurants, transportation, sightseeing and other local information to ensure that guest’s individual needs are met.
